Terms of Service

Effective July 9, 2026

Welcome to the DSIDR Beta. By accessing or using the DSIDR application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or legal guardian creating an account for a child under 13, you agree to these terms on their behalf.

1. Beta Phase Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that DSIDR is currently in a "Beta" prototype phase. The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties regarding the reliability, stability, or continuous availability of the App during this testing phase. Features may be modified, added, or removed without notice.

2. Parental Responsibilities

As a parent or guardian, you are the primary account holder. You are responsible for:

3. User Conduct and Content Rules

DSIDR provides an interactive AI coaching environment. While we enforce safety guidelines and instruct the AI not to solicit personal information, users (including children) must not deliberately input sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (PII)—such as full names, home addresses, phone numbers, or school names—into the free-text chat fields.

You retain ownership of any project photos or content uploaded to the App. By uploading, you grant DSIDR a limited license to host and display this content solely to provide the service.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Beta at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or suspected abuse of the AI coaching system. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us, at which point data deletion protocols will be initiated per our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSIDR and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Beta application.
